Karie and Matt are great to work with and we highly recommend their services. Karie does the book work and is very efficient. As far as scheduling went, we gave Matt a time frame and all of our projects were finished as promised.
Matt built a block wall, a complete kitchen remodel and an extensive addition/remodel for our home in Rio Verde. As we are "snow birds" in the area, we felt very comfortable having him do all the work while we were gone. He kept me informed and sent pictures during the building process; if there was a question, he made certain he had my input. As we were out of the state during our construction, we were worried about our neighbors and all the activity. They all said Matt and his employees were very considerate and never caused any problems. Our finished house is everything we expected it to be; the "punch list" to complete the projects was completed in a timely period. Matt has also made certain that any minor repairs which have occurred since the construction, have been fixed immediately.
If we have any future building projects, Matt would be the first person we would call! We were completely satisfied with Karie and Matt's professionalism and building talents. I'm sure you will enjoy working with them!
